Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Note: We don't accept returns or refunds for any products unless there is a DEFECT.

5 Days exchange policy only if there is Printing Defect or any Courier Mistake from our side. All sales are final. We do not accept returns at the moment. Please be sure of the size, fit, quality, color before ordering (please read product description for all details before ordering). If you need any help with size, feel free to reach out at yalcusa@gmail.com. Make sure that return & exchange or non-returnable is mentioned.

Products can be exchanged one time for a bigger or smaller size under certain terms and conditions & are mentioned on the products.

Our Store Policy

As per our policy, we do not provide refunds once a product has been sold. Products can be exchanged for a bigger or smaller size under certain terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential when it comes to clothing. Therefore, we are pleased to offer ONE TIME exchanges for size-related issues. If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, you may exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at yalcusa@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving the item. 

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 

1. The product/s are returned after use

2. The products are damaged

The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on yalcusa@gmail.com on the same email thread.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

In case the desired size is unavailable, a store credit, valid for 30 days, will be issued for the amount of the exchanged product minus shipping costs.

Yalcusa Store will not be responsible for lost shipments.

Please note, if the desired size of the product is not in stock, the customer will be issued a credit note.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you have received a defective product, share images at yalcusa@gmail.com, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once. 

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This policy helps us ensure timely processing and delivery. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, you can contact our customer support team for assistance. Thank you for your understanding!

Empty Parcel Received

All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false scenario of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement. All such requests will be rejected.   

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at yalcusa@gmail.com

Note: Only if you have received damaged product, a refund will be eligible.

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture and a video of the product and email at yalcusa@gmail.com. We will issue a refund or store credit, whatever the client prefers.

 Refund are only issued if you have received a damaged product. We will not issue a refund for size, quality, color of the product. We believe in transparency, that’s why we provide every detail about the product in description, please read all the information of the product before ordering.

According to the consumer court, a customer should read all the information regarding the product before ordering. If a customer complains about the product without reading the information of the product before ordering, their complaint will be rejected, and the company will have the right to take action on the customer for false allegations.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
